Frequently Asked Questions

The Club Rewards program allows players to earn bonus cash by completing cash matches on the Cash-Out Club platform. Every time you complete a cash match, you earn Reward Credits towards a bonus cash reward! We expect to expand the Club Rewards program soon – the expended program will include additional real world reward categories such as gift cards!

We reserve the right to change or modify the Club Rewards program at any time in our sole discretion. You will be notified of a change (notification may be in-game).  Changes will apply prospectively unless a retrospective change is required by law or a third party partner. The available rewards and reward categories may change at any time, with or without notice. These FAQs are intended to be a helpful guide to the Club Rewards program, but in no way modify our terms of service or privacy policy.  In the event there is a conflict between these FAQs and our terms of service or privacy, our terms of service and privacy policy will prevail.

1. Choose Your Reward - When you first join the rewards program, select “bonus cash reward”.  When the program expands to include other real world rewards, you can select from the available options.  Once you have selected a reward category, your Reward Credits will apply to that category until a reward is redeemed. After you redeem your first reward, you may choose a new reward category.

2. Complete Cash Matches - Earn Reward Credits automatically as you complete cash matches.  You will not earn Reward Credits for matches that are not completed (e.g., a refunded match).

3. Redeem your Reward or “Let It Ride” - Once you’ve earned enough Reward Credits to unlock your reward, you can redeem it immediately or choose to “Let It Ride” to carry over progress and work toward an even more valuable reward in the same reward category.

You can find Club Rewards on the REWARDS screen. Tap the Club Rewards card to get started. Once you’ve joined the program, you’ll see a progress tracker that shows how close you are to claiming your reward. Each time you complete a cash match, your Reward Credits will be automatically added to your progress bar.

Reward Credits are points you earn by completing cash matches. You earn 8 Reward Credits for every $1 entry fee played in a completed cash match. You only earn Reward Credits for completed matches. Reward Credits reset each time you redeem a reward.  

We may elect to modify the number of Reward Credits awarded for entry fees at any time in our sole discretion.  You will be notified of any changes (through in-game notices or other means). Unless required by law or a third party partner, changes will apply prospectively and will not impact Reward Credits earned prior to the date of the change.

The Club Rewards program currently offers Cash Out Club Bonus Cash. Bonus cash can be used to enter cash matches, but may not be withdrawn (please see our Terms of Service for additional details on bonus cash). We plan to add additional real world reward categories soon, like gift cards from a wide array of premium brands. Gift cards will be made available by a third party partner.

As you earn Reward Credits, you’ll be able to see which reward you’re working towards and, after you redeem Reward Credits, you may choose a new reward to work toward!

Once you’ve earned enough Reward Credits to claim a reward, the REWARDS button at the bottom of the screen will be badged with a golden envelope icon. Tap into that screen to claim your reward. Bonus Cash awards will instantly be added to your account balance. Details on redeeming Reward Credits for additional reward categories will be provided as soon as we add new reward categories.

When you reach your reward goal and have earned enough Reward Credits to redeem a reward, you can choose to “Let It Ride.”  If you elect to “Let it Ride” you will choose a new, more valuable, reward to work towards. Your existing Rewards Credits will automatically be credited to your new reward. The “Let it Ride” reward has an added perk – fewer Reward Credits will be required to earn the next level of reward.  

Bonus Cash is credited instantly to your account after redemption.  

Details about additional reward categories will be added when those reward categories become available.

No, but when multiple reward categories are available,  you may select a new reward category after you redeem your Reward Credits.

Reward Credits remain active as long as you’re an active player on the Club Platform.  If your account becomes inactive (e.g., no matches are played for 6 months), is deleted, terminated, disabled or otherwise removed, any accumulated Reward Credits will expire.  Please see our Terms of Service for more details regarding when an account becomes inactive or may be deleted. Terminated, disabled or otherwise removed.  

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Reward Program at any time in our sole discretion.

No, you can complete and redeem as many Club Rewards cycles as you like. The cash value of any real word rewards provided to you will count as “winnings”. You are responsible for recording, paying and accounting to any relevant governmental authority for any tax or other levy payable on any winnings. We may provide you with, or require you to provide, federal or state tax forms in connection with winnings. Please see our Terms of Service for more detail.
