In the U.S.A., the legality of skill-based competitions is determined at a state level. As of today, Cash-Out Club powers real prize competitions in 45 US states and Washington DC. Our virtual currency tournaments are available across all U.S. states.
Players in the following states are not eligible to play for cash: Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Michigan, South Carolina.
In addition, players in Florida, Indiana, and Maine are not eligible to play for cash in card games.

Bonus Cash is a promotional currency used in-game but cannot be withdrawn. It is used to pay for entry into cash matches or tournaments.
Gems are in-game currency that can be used to enter non-cash matches.
XP (Experience Points) tracks your progress as you play. It is used to increase your player level and unlock rewards.
In addition to being a status indicator of your overall engagement on the Cash-Out Club platform, your player level allows access to certain content. As you level up, new matches, Quests, Offers, and features will become available.
Daily Goals are varied challenges you can attempt to accomplish to earn additional rewards. They are designed to be achievable within a single session or day. Each new day, you’ll receive (at least) 5 fresh Goals. Best of all, you’re guaranteed that some of them will revolve around your favorite games you’re already playing! Find your Goals and track their progress on the REWARDS screen.
Quests are more involved challenges, often requiring multiple steps with progress spanning across days, but they also have bigger rewards! Find your active Quests and track progress at the top of the PLAY screen. If you don’t see any, play more matches or come back tomorrow to trigger new ones. Keep watch for limited-time Quests that will appear during live events.
Players must be 18+ and reside in an eligible state to participate.
Install the app from the App Store or the Cash-Out Club website.
Launch the app on your device.
Create your account by entering your username and choosing a profile picture.
Play through the opening matches until you reach the PLAY screen.
Tap your profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen to open the profile menu
Tap the “Save Account” button and enter your email and additional information.
Check your text messages for a verification code and enter it.
Now you can join matches and explore the app!
You can change your username and profile photo by tapping your profile picture in the top right corner of the app, then tapping the pencil button under the profile picture.
To delete your account, contact our support team at support@cashoutclub.com. Please note that account deletion is permanent.
To recover your account, you’ll need access to the original email address you signed up with:
Open the app.
When prompted to create a new account, tap the “Sign In” option at the bottom of the screen.
Choose the “New phone number? Update here” option at the bottom of the screen.
Enter the original phone number and email address associated with the account along with your new phone number.
Check your email inbox for an email from us and click on the link inside.
Sign in to the app with your new phone number to regain access to your existing account.
No, players are prohibited from play on multiple accounts to promote fair play and transparency. Refer to our Terms of Use for more details.
To redeem a promo code, go to the WALLET section of the app. Below the deposit options, there is an area to enter the promo code. Type in the code and press “Submit.” Once the code is verified, the promotional bonus will be added to your account. Be sure to sign up for our mailing list so you’re in the first group to know when new promo codes are released.
As long as you play at least 1 cash match every 60 days, your account will be considered active. Per the Terms of Service, if your account becomes inactive, we may remove the Bonus Cash from your account. If there is still Cash in your account, we may begin charging a maintenance fee of $2 per month for operational costs until there is no longer any Cash left.

Our matchmaking system pairs players with similar skill levels against each other to create competitive balance. Factors influencing matchmaking include:
Player Ranking/Skill Rating: Each player has a skill rating for each game on the platform based on past performance, which is used to match them with opponents with similar skill levels.
Game Type: Matchmaking may differ between cash games, practice games, and tournaments. Additionally, a player has a separate matchmaking rating for each individual game on the platform.
Our matchmaking system aims to create fair, competitive, and enjoyable experiences for all players.
Our match replay feature allows players and customer support teams to review gameplay for accuracy, fairness, and transparency. This features allows our team to investigate disputes, especially cheating or technical issues, thoroughly. Plus, our servers monitor every match for suspicious activity.
We take reports of cheating and abuse seriously. If you encounter harassment, inappropriate behavior, or suspect an opponent of cheating, you can report it in the app by following these steps:
Go to the RESULTS section of the app.
Open the replay of the match where the issue occurred.
Tap on the red button on the lower right.
You can also contact us by visiting our Contact Us page or by emailing support@cashoutclub.com with the player’s details, match ID, and a description of the issue.
Locate your Match ID by following these steps:
Go to the RESULTS section of the app.
Tap on the relevant match from the “Completed Matches” section.
The ID will be visible at the very bottom of the screen.
TIP: Tapping the Match ID number will copy it, allowing you the ability to paste it elsewhere.
Our team reviews all reports of suspected cheating and foul play. Depending on the severity and findings, we will take appropriate action, including issuing warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. Please note that to protect the privacy and security of all players, we will not be able to disclose the outcome of the investigation.
Once you begin a match, your entry is held in "pending" status for up to an hour. If you disconnect or have an issue during this time, the game will wait for you to reconnect or resume. Your entry will automatically conclude if the 1-hour time limit expires. If all other players submitted a score within their 1-hour time limit and you did not, your entry fee will be forfeited.
Depositing funds into your account is simple. We accept a variety of payment methods, including PayPal and Venmo. To make a deposit, follow these steps:
Open the app and log in to your account.
If you haven’t already, you will need to save your account.
Then, go to the WALLET screen.
Choose the deposit option you wish to make.
Add the payment method you wish to use.
Review the payment and deposit information and confirm the request.
The funds will be credited to your account!
TIP: In addition, limited-time offers with special bundles and bonus value may also be available at the top of the PLAY screen.
Withdrawing funds is quick and easy! Just follow these simple steps:
Tap your profile picture in the upper right of the app.
Select the “Withdraw” option.
Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw.
If it is your first time withdrawing, we will ask for additional information for your security.
We also may ask for additional information if you meet certain withdrawal thresholds (with respect to amount or frequency.)
We may ask for additional information in other withdrawal situations in order to comply with law and our internal policy and policies of our third-party partners.
Review the withdrawal details, including how much will be withdrawn and which payment method(s) the withdrawal will be sent to.
Submit your request and you're all set!
Note that you will need at least $10 in your account in order to make a withdrawal. In addition, Bonus Cash cannot be withdrawn and any Bonus Cash will be forfeited and removed from your account when you submit a withdrawal request.
There are a few rules around making a withdrawal from Cash-Out Club:
The minimum amount you can request in a single withdrawal is $10.
The maximum amount you can request in a single withdrawal is $1,000.
Bonus Cash cannot be withdrawn.
Any Bonus Cash in your account will be forfeited and removed when you submit the withdrawal request.
Each player can only have 1 withdrawal processed at a time.
Withdrawals must be made in whole dollar amounts; cents cannot be withdrawn.
We aim to process withdrawal requests within 72 hours, but the actual time it takes depends on your payment provider. Depending on the transaction, we may need additional information to complete the withdrawal. This may extend the time it takes to finish the withdrawal. In this case, we will reach out to you via email.
In some cases, withdrawals must be sent back to the payment method(s) that you used to make deposits. Where this is not the case, you can select from available withdrawal methods. The limits and availability of withdrawal methods are set by our payment providers and may be changed.
To change your payment method for deposits, log in to your account and navigate to the WALLET section. From there, you can add, remove, or edit payment methods as needed.
Yes, we may try to process a withdrawal to an expired credit card if you do not keep your payment methods up to date. If this happens, it may take longer to get your money.
